Ronda Daft is a Senior Laboratory Technician at Fluor-BWXT. Ronda has worked in several roles at the lab on PORTS site for more than 25 years.
The Oak Hill native and graduate of Miami (OH) University enjoys volunteering in her community and her favorite thing to do is watch her children, Zachary and Marley, in the Oak Hill marching band. Ronda is the president of the Oak Hill Music Boosters and has been a Girl Scout troop leader for the past eight years. She is also a member of the Jackson County Heart Support Group.
“Our group raises money for patients in Jackson County by helping them with everything from gas cards to get them to their appointments to helping pay rent or utilities,” said Ronda.
“I like my job because I get to do a variety of things every week,” said Ronda. “Over the years I have worked or helped in several different labs and learned a lot of different things. My co-workers are great to work with and have become some of my best friends.”
