About

Aaron Hopper is a principal on the NMC&A technical staff and has been on the PORTS site for seven years.

The Wheelersburg native now calls Portsmouth home with his wife and son. In his free time he enjoys cross fit, but in his college years you would most likely find him on the baseball field.

Aaron played college baseball at Marietta College and his team was back to back NCAA Division 3 National Champions. Following his college career, Aaron coached baseball for two years at Minford High School where the team won their first conference championship in 50 years, and first state championship appearance in school history.

What do you enjoy most about your jobs at PORTS?

“The people that I work with and constantly learning new things, past and present about the site. Also, the challenges presented during site projects pushing you to make quick decisions and find alternatives to how you complete daily tasks. As well as the tremendous opportunity to grow professionally.”
