2023 S.T.E.A.M SCHOLARSHIP INSTRUCTIONS

The scholarship is open to all 2023 graduating seniors attending high school in Pike, Scioto, Ross and Jackson Counties.

Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and have been accepted to attend an accredited college or university with a major in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts*, or Mathematics.

Deadline for Application -

• Check with your school’s guidance counselor for submission deadline
• Or Friday, February 24, 2023 to Deneen Garner
• Information can be emailed to deneen.garner@ports.pppo.gov or mailed to Deneen Garner, Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth LLC, PO Box 548, Piketon, Ohio 45661.
• Applications should be single-sided with no staples and include:
• Completed application with student’s signature
• Essay
• Recommendation letters (at least two)
• Transcript (with social security number blacked out)
• Failure to follow these instructions will reduce your score
