Kyle McGraw is a D&D work control manager for Fluor-BWXT. The Minford native has been on the PORTS Site for the past 11 years.

For Kyle and his wife Courtney, southern Ohio is the perfect place to raise their three children, Noah, Maze and Havyn.

“Minford is a small town,” Kyle said. “I enjoy the fellowship of a small community where everybody knows your name. As a young family, we spend our time on the go. We play every sport we can, eat as much Fred’s Pizza our stomachs will allow, and we are in church every time the doors are open.”

Kyle also serves his community as the assistant pastor at Minford Bible Baptist Church.

“I am very active in my community doing my best alongside my father, Pastor Brett McGraw, to reach our community and those surrounding us with the good news of the gospel.”

What do you enjoy most about your job?

“I enjoy the many different and daily challenges. This type of work opens the door to exercise the ability to brainstorm and solve problems, which I enjoy the most.”

About Us

Fluor-BWXT was formed to specifically address the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Gaseous Diffusion Plant (GDP) Decontamination and Decommissioning (D&D) Project.

The team brings strong Ohio roots through 70 years of combined project management experience, and 125 years of manufacturing operations both in and outside of the nuclear field.

Combined, our companies have employed thousands of Ohioans across the state and have generated millions of dollars in revenues for Ohio companies and small businesses.
